We are physical and energetic beings

From a physical perspective, we have many intricate systems, such as the circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems, that carry essential information and fluids throughout our bodies. We are also energetic beings, with numerous channels that transport vital energy and information, pulsating at various frequencies, and receiving and giving information at these frequencies. Although we can't always see this energy field with our physical eyes, countless scientific studies have proven its existence. And just putting that aside, we can feel it.

If we were to list the complaints of our lives or people when we observe what happens to us each day, this would help us understand the size of the opportunity that exists to clear and move past the energy that this represents.

Energy can disrupt our lives and our physical bodies, as well as what we repel and attract

From an energetic perspective, we are constantly emerged and surrounded in an ocean of thoughts, ideas, emotions, and negative feelings or actions from others that can affect us deeply. We carry stored emotions, memories and energy from our past and our ancestry, in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. We carry deeply buried belief systems mostly in our unconscious energy. All of this acts like a transmitter, repelling and drawing to us every moment of the day. It can cause energy disruptions, imbalances, physical ailments, zap our strength, interfere with our ability to focus and think, cause struggle within ourselves, our family and generally disrupt our journey and movement forward on many levels.

Unfortunately, we are often unaware of the energy we are immersed or are swimming in and how it affects us.

Have you ever felt overwhelmed or angry in crowded places or get easily influenced by others' emotions and moods? Or perhaps you are struggling with making things happen in the way you had planned, or carry manage negative emotions that you can seem to shake?
